“I bought some carpet tiles to put on my stair treads. The quality is fantastic, with a really deep pile. The colour is exactly as advertised and the service and communication excellent. I have had so many compliments about them.”

“The communication by telephone was excellent. I required a carpet tile sample which was delivered within 4 days. It was the perfect colour I wanted. We ordered and they were delivered quickly. Fantastic service provided with excellent communications and a follow up email and phone to ask if all was well with our delivery. I was delighted with this company and would highly recommend them.”

“Hi, I ordered 15 boxes of glue down vinyl tiles from you, found the website really useful to work out! But just to be sure I telephoned and spoke to Lewis Teare. Very helpful! Placed my order and it was with me the very next week. Very impressive! I will look forward to it being laid! Unfortunately that won't be till Sept, as have to wait until the fitters are free to fit my new kitchen and flooring. I just wanted to make sure I had everything ready just in case! Many thanks Helen Shotter.”

“Service excellent, delivery was so quick, samples came next day, ordering online was simple, tiles were also delivered the following day. The bedroom looks brilliant. Can't thank them enough. Have used DCT in the past and will certainly use them again in the future.”

“Samples never arrived. They sent me a message and I said I hadn’t received them. They said they’d send them again and still nothing turned up. So order off of UK Flooring instead. If they can’t get a sample to you, can’t imagine their order service is any better.”
