“When I purchased my order online they emailed me and told me it would take 3-4 working days. Then 3-4 working days later they emailed me again saying they would ring me to arrange a delivery in 5 working days. So 5 working days later Still having no phone call or delivery turn up I called them , then they told me my flooring was out of stock. Very unprofessional and still haven’t received my refund yet, will not use this company again.”

“Very helpful. Sample carpet tiles requested and delivered quickly. Ordered Flotex carpet tiles for small porch as test area. Fast delivery. No complaints at all and will be using DCTUK for rest of house.”

“We have purchased tiles through DCTUK previously, and that was the reason for purchasing through them again. They have a great range of tiles, maybe too many to chose from, but getting to have samples sent is great as you can really see how they will look when laid. The staff who have dealt with my queries have been very efficient and helpful. Delivery was excellent, and on time as advised.”

“Prompt delivery. Call back to my query was very quick. Without knowing DCTUK's policy, I ordered a sample during a sale and was advised that I would get the product at that price even if the sale was over, so said so done. I am very pleased with the service I received.”

“Recently purchased some floor tiles to replace the old carpet in a spare bedroom/hobby room. Very impressed with both the quality and the ease of fitting. Just can't see any joins. Although you can lay them in alternate directions to achieve a chequered effect if preferred. 10 year guarantee too. We were so impressed that we have just ordered another consignment of the same tiles to fit out our bedroom. Spoke to a very nice lady called Nour, who was just so helpful. As we had tiles left over from the first order, we really needed the same batch number to ensure a perfect match. Nour contacted the warehouse to confirm that the same batch code was still available and would be sent out. Couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. It's a nice change to speak to sales staff who genuinely sound like they want to get things right for you. Five stars from me for good all round service.”
