“I trailed some carpets they weren’t for me, the thing that’s most put me off ever using you is the fact to this day you’re still calling me constantly trying to sell a product and constant emails... ita really bad customer service it’s as if you’re a company who enjoy pressure selling.”

Hi Dom, sorry to hear that you weren't happy with us calling you. We honestly don't pressure sell, we just call our customers who order samples to make sure the sample arrived and to see if we help at all. We'll make sure you don't get any more calls now we know you're not interested. Cheers Jon

“Very efficient. I ordered carpet tile samples on a Sunday, these arrived on Tuesday. We made a decision on Wednesday 4pm and the tiles were with us by lunchtime the following day - excellent service.”

“Very useful website. The prices are one of the best in the market. I was looking for new carpet tiles for my office, and DCTUK was the best option I could find. I bought 36 m^2 (160) tiles of carpet a proper glue for just about £500 (including very fast delivery). I've ordered it on Friday and then on Monday I got everything. Very easy to use, very convenient, and they have one of the best customer support teams. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and they are now my number one company for carpet/flooring supplies.”
