“SAMPLES ARRIVED QUICKLY BUT THE PACKAGING USED FOR THE TILES WE ORDERED WAS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. THE CARD WAS THIN AND FRAGILE WITH NO REINFORCEMENT AT THE MOST VULNERABLE POINT - THE CORNERS. THE STRAPS USED TO HOLD BOXES TOGETHER ALSO CUT THROUGH THE THIN CARD BOXES LEAVING AN IMPRINT ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM TILES. £300 WORTH OF TILES SENT IN BOXES NOT MUCH BETTER THAN TWO LAYERS OF NEWSPAPER.”

“I have requested a number of sample carpet tiles, different ranges and colours. They were delivered very quickly and were useful to try a get the right colour and type of carpet for my living room and hall and possibly the two bedrooms as well. I was also impressed with the quality. I was disappointed, however, to find out that they are only suitable for underfloor heating up to 27c. I run my underfloor heating at over 40c and that is a normal temperature for underfloor heating. In fact up to 50c is not unusual. I'm not sure that any carpets would be suitable if 27c really is the maximum temperature.”

“Customer service was fantastic as soon as I put asked about a pack that was damaged in transit I was sent another the very next day.I would definitely recommend DCTUK as there prices were great,we saved over 20%compared to buying local (Scotland)and it was delivered to my door.”

“After comparing carpet tiles offered by numerous websites, I found DCTUK had a wide range of options, colours, patterns etc, available at very fair prices. I recently ordered 40 tiles for my kitchen floor - they arrived as promised in a couple of days by courier, and were all undamaged and fault-free. I also had a similar excellent experience of buying carpet tiles from DCTUK a few years ago.”

“Ordered Nouveau Home Comforts - Low Light & Sticky Stuff Tackifier Carpet Tile Spray Adhesive. Prompt delivery. Seem fair quality for the price. Only time will tell! Cut with Stanley knife & metal safety ruler, using reasonable force. Made sure arrow alignment consistent. “We are not a company but ordered office-level carpet tiles as we needed hardwearing carpet for our hallway as we are in and out a lot with our very boisterous dog. Delivery was within 5 working days, very easy to fit, and they do the job wonderfully. We have just ordered the same tiles in the second colourway for our son's new man cave (shed) which again will be used a lot! And we are considering trying the home carpet tiles when we come to recarpet our bedroom as we are so impressed with the quality and excellent customer service. Thank you”
