“Excellent customer service when I was struggling to order online, then, an email to let me, know when the products would be delivered. The glue lids were damaged but the glue worked fine and we are really pleased with the tiles, easy to put down and they look absolutely great. We would definitely recommend.”

“Your website appeared to offer the carpet tile I was looking for but when I requested details it was clear you did not have that tile. The sample did not arrive at the first time of asking. DCT prices seem higher than competitors.”
