“Very poor service - over 6 weeks to wait for carpet tiles. No communication, promised delivery dates that didn't happen and poor quality tiles. This is a massive disappointment as up to this point this company had been great. I wouldn't recommend”

Hi Andrew, we just want to apologise about your order being held at customs and you having to wait 6 weeks for it. Unfortunately we couldn't swap the tiles to get them to you quicker as you had already ordered that particular collection 3 times previous. Again we'd like to apologise for this inconvenience.

“I was very impressed with the overall service. Delivery was a lot quicker than I expected and communication was excellent. The tiles I bought were lovely and went together well. I will certainly be be using DCTUK again with confidence. Derek”

“Heather remembered us from when we moved into our last office and we made another order 3 years later as we are moving to a new office. Service was superb. We had some minor difficulties with delivery days but all resolved very competently by Ross from the shipping dept. Will use again :0)”

“Tiles were not available next day as per website, but I was informed of this within 48 hours of placing the order. Communication regarding the proposed delivery date was very good. Tiles arrived by DPD who were also very efficient. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and my home-office looks very good. I will not hesitate to reorder or recommend DCTUK.”
