“Thanks to Stephen, Ross and Vanessa our order went well until they were let down by Interface's carrier. Bakro were unable to give a time slot and then delivered a day early! By luck sorted out at our end. No reflection on Ross Smith who did his best but was working with poor info from supplier. David Parkin”

“The best priced flooring I could find without doubt. Excellent customer service. I was promptly advised of a very slight delivery delay. I contacted the team via email with some questions and I had a response within the hour. All round, a very good experience and would definitely use again.”

“Pushy sales people - doubled the quantity of the items I intended to order, repeated emails demanding updates, really unpleasant experience. Unhelpful delivery service - was advised I would be contacted in advance to book in a delivery slot however the courier went ahead without booking this and, obviously, was turned away from the office as we were not prepared to receive the delivery. Some threats from DCTUK advising this would be chargeable (can't understand why as the fault lies entirely elsewhere for not advising us of the delivery slot), thus adding to the unpleasant experience.”

“This company is so responsive to your needs. No sooner than I placed my order when Booom. Received an email telling me It is on it's way, (been dispatched). Great service. “Having looked at many carpet tiles how pleased I was to choose DCTUK. Excellent service from the order to delivery. The tiles look fantastic and have warmed up my sitting room that was previously covered with ceramic tiles. I would highly recommend these tiles.”

“Our hall has black and white tiles, that are icy cold in winter. Looked locally at carpet tiles, but they were thin and felt generally unpleasant. Found DCTUK online, had never heard of them before, but saw that they did a free sample service, so sent for a box. Wow, they were good quality. Immediately impressed. My son measured the awkward shaped hall and worked out he would need 36 tiles, but the recommendation was to add 10%, so we ordered 40. He had a lot of cutting to do, made paper templates for the intricate bits and spent 4 days doing it, as he is a perfectionist. Guess what? He only needed 36, so now we have 4 spare tiles left unused! Ah well, it looks great anyway and is certainly much warmer.”

“On the website was written that this company accept the returns. And when I received the order I was not happy and I wanted to return, so I text them on email kindly asking if I’m available to return back. They answered rude in my message with answers no, without any good explanation. Definitely not recommending this company. It’s expensive, bad customer services.”

Hi Egle sorry you are unhappy with our service. I have checked the correspondence and nothing rude was sent to you, just an email explaining that we cannot accept returns for goods that have been cut to a bespoke size, as was the case for your order of entrance matting. This is clearly written in our terms and conditions. The reason is that it is very unlikely we would get another order for the same small size that you requested. Please be aware that we are one of the few online flooring retailers that do allow you to specify an exact size (instead of a full roll) - which costs a lot more. To facilitate this service we cannot unfortunately accept returns for whatever reason. Regards Jon Techilovsky Business Development Manager, DCTUK.
