“We finally got the carpet laid. It looks very good and we are happy with it. I did have difficulty getting a free-lance carpet layer who wasn't also selling me the carpet. I would recommend any one to sort this out first before making a purchase and the sooner DCTUK provides the service to residential customers, the better.”
