Paid £50 for a speedy delivery that should have arrived on the Friday. It did not and I had to collect it from a local distribution centre as the works needed to be completed that weekend...as yet no explanation or refund

Quality of tiles were fine and as described however the condition they arrived in was shocking. Really need to look at DPD. They are an awful courier. Just look in the back of their van when you take delivery of an item. Just thrown in on top of one another. Driver had already written damaged on the sig pad !!!!

Your website offered tiles in a colour that was no longer manufactured. You accepted an order for 92 tiles when you can only deliver in multiples of 20. I asked for an invoice for the amended order which I have never received. The overall impression was one of a dysfunctional organisation.

Hi Roger we're sorry that you weren't happy with our service. As you stated the colour your chose was discontinued by the manufacturer in the same week that you ordered. However we did find a suitable alternative in the same colour that saved you over £100. We kept you up to date at each stage, sent you samples of the alternative, and then expressed your order to be delivered from Belgium once you had chosen it. Your amended invoice was sent to you by Heather in our sales team, perhaps it went into your spam folder by mistake? We hope to help you again in the future. The DCTUK Team

Box of missing tiles now having wait 2 weeks for replacement , not great

Hi Steve thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're really sorry that you are having to wait for replacements. DPD lost one of your parcels and therefore we have ordered replacements which will be with you middle of next week. Usually this would be quicker but the product you chose had sold out. We hope to exceed your expectations next time.

Didn’t receive delivery even though signed for by someone. Customer service was very helpful and arranged redelivery but I cancelled order due to timings. I still haven’t received a refund

delivery went to my house address instead of work as requested, boxes torn and only one can of glue when I ordered four!!!

Ordered 31 carpet tiles same make, colour. Arrived on time 2 separate deliveries. 2nd box of 11 did not match 1st box of 20. Called in. Explaination was the 11 were samples different batch. Only solution offered was to pay additional £38 or so for a full box of 20 tiles. Keep the 11. Free delivery. Rather poor service. I ordered 31 tiles of same make and colour. If i was aware this presented a risk of mismatch i would have ordered 2 boxes. As rug over carpet i used 6 of the 11 under it as not visible. Not prepared to delay job by a week and pay more. I feel i deserve compensation i.e. all or part of cost of 11 mismatched tiles as no good to anyone. Mr Truckle 0790 241 2975

Hi Mavis, I’m sorry for what has happened, our Burmatex tiles are dispatched from the manufacture and not our warehouse, so we can only apologies that they sent them on two different deliveries, but sadly that was out of our control. Normally you can only order Burmatex tiles in boxes of 20, our team did its best to accommodate the 31 tiles you needed by order 11 samples, which 99% of the time match the batch and unfortunately this time they did not. Our team has tried their best to help fix this problem, and we can only appologised that this has happened. Kind Regards, Rachel.
