“I have used DCTUK many times now, the products are great quality and price is a affordable. The website had very handy calculator to help work out quantity of items needed plus it mentions about factoring the waste, which I didn't when measuring originally. The customer service from the team Chris Lewis, Michael Jones & Lewis Teare was amazing! From sending out samples, to placing the order then to checking on delivery. Loved the little touches they have, a little picture of the person who packed the item was great. I would highly recommend and will be using time and time again. Thank you!”

“The choice of ranges and colours is amazing. The website was really helpful in aiding calculation of the number of boxes of tiles and guiding us through the many options to the best sort of tile for our specific requirements. The 3D visualiser is great as it gives a really good impression of how a larger floor area would look when laid. You can quickly try different colours and also compare two colours. Customer support was great, when checking on a couple of things. The delivery was prompt, arriving on day 7 of the 7-10 days estimated. The tile colour was exactly as we had anticipated from the website and the quality looks geat. Excellent service from dctuk - highly recommended.”
