“I love the helmet on my partner and he likes it too. The only issue is it seems to scratch easily and he is very particular about marks/ imperfections!! Is there a way to blot out the scratches? I cannot imagine one can keep it shiny and new forever but any tips would be gratefully received.”

“I love my Dashel helmet! It looks really cool, so I *want* to wear it. I also really like the pads/inserts that allow you to customize the size, especially because I was between 2 sizes. The fit is perfect. There was a small issue at the time of the delivery, and customer service was responsive and helpful.”

“I love this light. It fits perfectly on my helmet and though I use it mainly as a rear back light (red), I can see the possibility of using it as a front light on the bike or a bag. It really is great!”

“I bought the "Ocean" helmet and was very pleased with it. The "pattern" on these helmets is apparently random and I was very happy with how mine turned out. Quality product and the sets of pads make the fit highly adjustable. There are two sets of pads of different thicknesses. Useful carrying bag. The clasp that you fasten beneath your chin is a very clever. My old helmet had the usual larger ventilation holes in it which allowed me to put my D lock through and lock it with my bike. The smaller holes in the Dashel don't allow for this.”

“So far, I haven’t received my helmet yet, after 2 weeks of ordering. I’ve sent already 2 emails to the customer service of Dashel and they never bothered with responding me with the tracking and shipping information. Now I receive this feedback automated email and without any patience left, here I’m trying to reach out to Dashel saying that I did not receive my helmet. Now how many emails I need to send to have a response for “where is my item” query?”

Customer satisfaction is really important to us, so sincere apologies for the delay in hearing back from our customer service team. I believe they have now been in touch and it seems there was a failed delivery by Royal Mail back on 24 November and they did not leave a notification card for you - very frustrating! Hopefully, it should be safely re-delivered tomorrow and you can start enjoying your Dashel helmet. Kindest regards

“Excellent exchange service when I bought a M and it should have been S for my 56/22inch head!! S Fits perfectly with no adjustments, there are separate extra adjustments included in the box. The Backpack is a clever idea for slipping on your back when leaving the bike and supervising grand children at the swings!!!”
