“Delivery is very slow, I pad for Royal Mail 24 hours and it takes over a week for you to dispatch the items which is very frustrating when you have orders waiting and paid extra for faster delivery and they don’t dispatch . This issue realy needs resolving as waiting over a week isn’t acceptable”

“Always great service, excellent items and good range. Clear instructions with product or online, always my first choice for lampshades, bins etc. Would like to see more products, perhaps more storage bin kits, pen pots, desk tidying items. Website is helpful, highly recommended supplier all round.”

“I love your products but it would be nice if you had a smaller start up kit. Over £500 is a lot of money plus storage for 110 shades is a bit difficult. Also please explain about coloured pvc better. It’s hard to work out which product does what. But you are amazing and I think I found a new career!”

“They sent me someone else's items with their invoice inside the box and my address on the box. Two of us now do not have the items we ordered. I needed mine on the day of delivery and that target has been missed. Not sure about the other person for whom this was part of a larger order. They too will be waiting for a delivery that will never arrive.”
