“Great service. The lady who answers the phone is always very helpful and informative, and she assisted me when I needed an order ASAP. The Lampshade making materials are great, actually even better than a few years ago. All in all, super quality and fantastic staff who are always extremely friendly and willing to help/advise. “Thankyou arrived ok very good instructions if a bit small you supply my friends business in liskeard I usually make the large old fashioned type so I'm pleased to know you supply the frames for this you can send me a frame if you like and I'll cover it for you and send the photos as yours was NAKED 😄😄😄”

“Excellent staff and customer service. I ordered the wrong item and phoned to change it. Even though the order was ready to go out they stopped it and gave me a refund and told me I didn't need to order a replacement interior for my lampshade. What a wonderful customer focused company. I wish there were more companies like this.”
