“I've made a few shades now - the kits are easy to use especially once you'e made one. It's handy to have a second pair of hands for the rolling up bit but overall dead chuffed.”

“I placed my order a month ago I understand the pandemic going on.. I emailed customer service and had no response I have emailed a 2nd time and had no answers to my questions. And I haven't yet recieved my item and from the status isn't even close to being finished. Feeling rather disappointed at the lack of communication and lack of answers.”

“I bought a 70cm translucent lampshade diffuser. It arrived promptly. After finding that was just a tiny bit too large for the 70cm lampshade kit, Jamie very kindly talked me through trimming off 1mm all the way round the diffuser with scissors. It now fits perfectly and the lampshade looks amazing. Very happy. Great product. Great customer service.”
