“I have only written poor as the item I ordered including more postage cost was actually not in stock and this was not written on the website at the time. I had the items sent to my sister expecting to receive them prior to my return to France. Sadly not as they were sent after I had left!! Not happy!”

“I initially ordered 5 solar lights, two of them did not work. I contacted the company and they kindly sent two new lights. I am disappointed with the quality of the lights and with at least two I had to replace the batteries. Overall not good value for money.”

“I had a gorgeous lamp with the US harp lampshade design. I wanted to change the shade but keep the finial at the top. Dannell's sold me the small adaptive piece that enabled me to use the harp with a different shade. Perfect.”

“I came across Dannell's online whilst looking for a product. They had this product (50cm Hoops for a wedding centrepiece) for a fraction of the price from anywhere else. My daughter would be returning to Uni in East Sussex and we needed it urgently. I rang and explain the urgency, due to it being Thursday before Good Friday (2 bank holidays) and we would not receive the items until the following Tuesday. The lady who answered (Sharon possibly) said that she would speak to the various departments and get back to me within the hour. She called back (as promised) and confirmed that I could pick them up within the hour. She rang again to confirm that they were ready for collection. We are 100% happy with the Product, Price and fantastic, super-efficient service received from Dannell's Ltd in Waltham Abbey, Hertfordshire. Julie of Walthamstow.”
