“Natalie was amazing for our children during our day session. She was prepared and all children felt confident to join in. We did the flamenco workshop and all children were smiling and enjoying themselves it was a wonderful day! Thank you again Dance Days.”

“Wow, what a fantastic session. Danielle was an excellent dance teacher. She started the first session talking to ther children in Spanish and had them enraptured. She broke the dance down into simple enough steps for the children to follow, linking this to what it meant/language learning opportunities. She delivered praise warmly to students and I loved how she linked the discipline needed for dance with the requirements needed as a sportsperson/footballer (really engaged some potentially reluctant boys). I was really impressed with what the children covered in the time.”

“Absolutely amazing workshop with Louise. Students really engaged with her and the material she was delivering. It has allowed dance to thrive in the school and many more students are now interested in their lessons and outside enrichment because of this. Louise broke down the steps at the appropriate level for Year 7 and 8 and they were able to pick up the actions really quickly. I have also had students ask if we can have her back so a real positive delvier of the session!”

“Students really enjoyed both the dancing and watching others - well paced and Heidi was really responsive towards the students and flexible in her approach. Heidi also found some music to engage one student who was observing to support him joining in. Really good session, and we would highly recommend.”

“Thanks so much for the flamenco workshop for our Spanish Day on Friday 28th June. All the children who took part thoroughly enjoyed it and loved participating! I had lots of lovely comments from teachers - here are some of them.... Just seen one of our Year 1 pupils who has difficulty engaging in lessons and appropriate learning behaviours, joining in the centre of the flamenco dancing. Really enjoying himself. He hasn't been able to access school trips, so this is so lovely to see him being successful and engaging in the wider offer. Just wanted to say that the workshop was so good! The children loved it and the lady running it (Jess) was BRILLIANT with the younger ones”

“We booked an Indian dance workshop as part of celebraion of culture in school. We had the pleasure of Leah leading the workshop. She was amazing with the children who picked up the dances with ease. In fact she was so good, after a 45 minute session, they were able to perform to the whole school.”

“Reviews from classes - Our class really enjoyed the dance workshop. The learners have asked if it could be a regular event. Great experience, our class really enjoyed it, teacher was clear, friendly went at a good pace for the learners, they all engaged and had learnt a part of a dance at the end so result and would definitely recommend again Dance workshop was great, the class really enjoyed it. Leah was lovely and quickly adapted the routine to suit our needs. Would LOVE more workshops like these 🙂 Overall, it was a fantastic experience for our learners. “Natalie was very lovely and she is amazing at what she does and how she explains what to do with the children. The children really enjoyed their sessions with Natalie and I like that she was able to cater a mixture of cultural dances throughout the day. Natalie was very punctual and very professional. We would definitely book with you again and recommend you to other schools. Apologies for no photos as we had a few children that are not allowed to have photos taken and I'm not entirely sure at the top of my head who they are exactly.”

“Ariane came into our school fully prepared for all the classes that she would be working with on that day. Each class had been allocated a different continent and she matched each dance to the continent. She even had the national flag of the country that the dance came from. The feedback from staff and children has been amazing and they were so impressed with how the dance level was matched to the age range and how Ariane managed the children. Brickhill Primary would definitely use 'Dance Days' again.”

“Children across the school enjoyed Dance Days as part of a multicultural day; some sessions were face to face and others were using Dance Days TV. Children said the sessions were 'energetic and fun', had 'clear steps' and they enjoyed 'the different poses'. Darren was great with children of all ages and adapted the dances to the age groups that he was teaching. The children also enjoyed learning about the culture behind the dance moves.”
