“Paid for delivery the next day but the order arrived 3 days later”

I am sorry you did not receive the order the next day. It was despatched on the Friday but Fedex do not deliver on a Saturday unless a premium charge is paid. They delivered it on the next available working day which was the Monday.

“Excellent service and really quick delivery. I had a problem as the tiara that came with the ballet dress was broken, they sent a replacement without any hesitation. Have brought a lots from dance direct previously and will continue to do so.”
