I am sorry that the ballet shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I am pleased that you found our customer service team so helpful and I will pass on your comments.

“Perfect sizing and quality. Please check the size guide as it is an accurate fit. The quality of the product is to be trusted and they looked great on and were very comfortable for my daughter throughout the dance.”

“Don’t expect Amazon-speed delivery. Ordered one pair of ‘in stock’ tap shoes on a Thursday. They took the whole advised ‘3 working days’ to dispatch them and I received them the following Thursday. I’ve had orders from Germany within a quicker timeframe!! Customer Services merely pointed out their 3 working days advice. Not helpful. Why wait the 3 days on an In Stock item? Returned the shoes as they were too large. Refund issued in similar timeframe.”

I am sorry you are not happy with the speed of delivery and that the shoes did not fit. As you can imagine we are very busy and advise that there may be a delay between ordering and despatch so as not to raise "Amazon-speed" expectations, and so we can deal with orders in chronological order. The same applies with the returns process.
