I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Please feel free to return them for a refund or another size.

“First time purchasing Dance supplies online. Easy to navigate website and quick delivery. It would be great if Dance Direct would consider stocking wide fit dance sneakers - I had to return purchase as not wide enough for my child’s feet.”
