“Grateful for selection and prompt processing. Would be helpful to have manufacturer ballet shoe size and normal shoe size listed . We knew manufacturer size we wanted but it wasn't listed so ended up buying wrong size”

I am sorry that the ballet shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded.

“Good service, I ordered dancewear for my granddaughter and great- granddaughter to start classes together. The website was clear and simple to use and my order was tracked all the way and arrived in plenty of time for their first lesson. I will use dance direct again, I was signposted to this site by the ballet teacher and she was not wrong!”

“Ordering was super easy and the price really reasonable. My only complaint is that I paid for express delivery however my parcel took 6 days to arrive so the extra delivery cost was a waste of money.”

“Dance direct has been good its self,however the return system with Evri has been appalling. Contemporary half shoes ordered but are way smaller than size suggested on the site.”
