“Order no. 004458042 Ordered a dress needed for a show. The dress arrived damaged, I notified Dance Direct and requested a refund seen as the dress replacement wouldn’t have arrived in time for when it was needed. Dance direct ignored my email and sent out a replacement, I then had the hassle of returning the dress which I did over a month ago - still no refund received. I have sent numerous emails which have been ignored! I keep getting told a refund takes 14 days to process! I won’t be using this company again”

“Quality products. I have ordered twice from the website, no issues. I would recommend them and I will keep shopping from them. As suggestion, I would replen the bags stock as many of them are out of stock, and from this point of view, directed me to browsing different merchandisers.”

“Response to questions is quite slow. Asked for advice for size of taps required and was given incorrect advice so have had to return pack and now await replacement. Incidentally, the size is on the underside of the taps when we removed them to try and fit new ones - it would have made life easier and saved time if customer service knew that!!!”

I am sorry you received the wrong shoes. I can see the return was made after the 22nd March and as we state that returns will be processed within 14 days you should have your refund soon.
