“We adored the wings for my daughter Halloween school disco, she is 7 years old and dreams to go on to the royal ballet when she’s is older we’re already half way there so it was a no brainer when we went with The Black swan for her costume and your wings finshed it nicely”

“Dance direct is very helpful and has great customer service. My reason for rating a 4 and not a 5, is due to the quality of a leotard I received. It had metal poppers to clasp behind the neck, and they fell apart the first time I tried to clasp and unclasp them. Luckily it's an easy fix with some hot glue, but it was a little disappointing nonetheless.”

“Dance Direct offer a really good range of adult ballet kit, particularly good is their free returns policy as I often need to order different sizes to try on. Their customer services were also really helpful with ballet shoe sizes.”

“Excellent quality with speedy delivery. Simple returns procedure Love my daughter costume. It’s bright, colourful and excellent quality. Better packaging and spending so much time trying to straighten the costume out which is disappointing”

“This is a very easy and helpful company to deal with. I had to change the order and they were both very pleasant and willing to alter it which is often rare these days. They responded very quickly to any email and kept me informed. It's a company I will certainly deal with again.”

“A massive thank you to Dance Direct! Fantastic customer service! I emailed to ask if my order would be delivered in time for my daughters dance comp at the weekend and Olivia very helpfully assisted me by contacting the warehouse to make sure it went out and assured me it would be with me by the next day, or the following day at the latest. Thank you for putting my mind at rest! The wonderful sparkly costume arrived the next day and she loved wearing it for her comp! Thank you so much! I will recommend, and you will be my go to website for costumes in the future! Thank you!”

“Hallo, es war mir bis heute nicht möglich, Schuhe, die in FALSCHER Größe geliefert wurden, zurückzuschicken. Die Rücksendung nach UK von Deutschland aus ist sehr teuer, man soll die Kosten selbst tragen. Ich habe den Rat bekommen, die Schuhe in Deutschland weiterzuverkaufen, wenn sie mir nicht passen! Das ist kein seriöses Geschäftsgebaren. Ilse Stiefel, Mannheim, Deutschland”
