“When my daughter put on her ballet shoe to try it on the strap broke. :-(”

I am sorry you had a problem with the shoes. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days.
