“Great service from Dance Direct. Size was too small so exchanged for one size up which fit well. Returns and exchange system was very good. Ballet shoes come up smaller than regular fit shoes, so order a size up from your usual to get the correct fit. I think this should be made clear on the website to avoid everyone buying the wrong size.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery but they were not posted until the following day and I only ordered from here as my little one needed them for Dance class . Sent messages by email and on Facebook and no one has bothered to reply . Will not order again .”
