“Had quite a few issues with the outfit Firstly it came without the hair assessorie The the strap on the dress came away on the first time wearing requiring to be re stiched Disappointed overall”

I am sorry you are not happy with the costume. Please contact hello@dancedirect.com who will help you. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they are faulty. The goods are then refunded.

“This is the third time I've bought dance shoes for my son from Dance Direct. Each time they've arrived within a few days, and the quality versus price ratio is fantastic. I wouldn't buy his dance shoes from anywhere else. Thank you for the great service!”

“The main item I needed arrived in the morning of the day after I needed it, even though I paid for next day delivery. But I didn’t have to wait to too long and pleased with the quality of all the products.”

“Very bad service, ordered a pair of jazz dance shoes and paid for next day delivery. 1 week later no shoes, emailed them because there is no telephone number. They dispatched the shoes on the Monday, 1 week after the first order, again next day delivery, did not arrive until the Wednesday”

I am sorry you feel that our service was slow. You ordered on the 8th and the parcel was delivered on the 13th. There was a weekend between ordering and delivery and Royal Mail 48 hour service do not deliver over weekends.
