“Absolutely terrible customer service! I have been sent the wrong size and I sent this photo as evidence of this. They are trying to tell me that their leather ballet shoes on the right are an adult size 12 (as the canvas on the left obviously are). Although they have received the ballet shoes back on Monday, they have still not sent me the correct size and I have to keep on chasing up the emails as they take days to answer. I’ve asked for a complaints number and I’ve not received any response once again. If I actually get the correct ballet shoes, I’m hoping the quality will be good, but until that happens, I can’t comment.”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. One of the customer service team is currently working on resolving this issue with you.
