“Excellent service and product knowledge. Daughter felt comfortable getting her shoes fitted. Even through they can post out and have an online service, we travel through to the shop to get her highland shoes as the service is great!!”

“We always order from dance direct for my daughter’s Jazz shoes. This time, there was a slight defect with the left shoe. I emailed to let them know and Denisa one of the customer service advisors was wonderful. Very efficient, kind and friendly, resolving the problem quickly. They are a wonderful company with excellent customer service. Denisa you are a star!”
