“It was an unhappy shopping experience. Appointed forwarder misled the packing instruction. Less flexibility from Dance Direct to handle the refund process. Probably, I lose the right of refund due to the packing issue but it is sure an disappointed service and not recommended if my friend asked my experience.”

Unfortunately the garments were returned to us in an unsaleable condition which is why we could not issue a refund. I can see there has been correspondence between our Returns Team and yourself. Please contact them if you want to pursue this matter.

“Bought a blue Arabian costume for daughter’s Acro competition. Great quality and arrived next day ( had ordered express delivery). Packaged very professionally. Very pleased Only negative comment is that gold dusting on it keeps flaking off but it doesn’t reduce its shine at all”

“Lovely little jazz dance shoes for my daughter who’s just starting on her dance journey. The shoes did have some visable glue, but it doesn’t effect the use of the shoes.”

“Great service. I ordered two different outfits. The first outfit needed to be returned as wasn’t the correct look for the competition (nothing wrong with the outfit it was really good quality and exactly like the photo). The return and refund were processed quickly and easily. The second outfit arrived quickly. Thanks”
