“I ordered 4 pairs of shoes which were all too small and had to be returned. Have had no acknowledgment of receipt of return and no reply to email or message chasing it up. Disappointed in lack of response and now have neither the shoes nor a refund.”

We always respond to emails within 24 hours but have no facility to acknowledge receipt of returns. To check if we have received the items you need to check the tracking on your return delivery. One of the customer service team will be in contact with you.
