“I entrusted 13 boxes of mixed products including glassware which were picked up from my home and delivered to Cadiz in Spain. All boxes were picked up at the arranged date and time and were carefully loaded into a wagon. I arranged a date and time for the items to be delivered to my house in Spain, they arrived on time and in first class condition, no breakages. All staff in UK and Spain were very professional , helpful and friendly. I would certainly use this service again in the future.”

“I would like to thank everyone at Daleys for our move which went smoothly from start to finish. They packed everything brilliantly, dismantled and reassembled furniture and overall provided a professional and friendly service. “From the 1st call, everything went smoothly. Gareth looked after every detail & communicated all the way through. The 2 lads who did the removals were exemplary. The packing was immaculate. They dotted every eye & even brought photos to show me how they'd left my flat. They called to reassure me every step of the way. This morning, when they unloaded at my house, they were brilliant & took great care to ensure everything was exactly right for me. I cannot recommend your services highly enough. Alison.”

“I needed a move urgently following a fire at one of our properties and Daleys Move facilitated this within a matter of hours. Great service at such short notice. The people on site also said what good service they received from the staff on site.”

“Firstly, arranging the move was so easy and everyone was so helpful, its the first time I have moved since my wife died and I was quite anxious as I was departing from a family home with so many memories, so explaining this and everyone being very supportive and considerate was so very important and appreciated. On the moving day, when the lads turned up they introduced themselves and walked round the house with me and asking me all the questions that I already had answers to for them, which was brilliant. Then after a few minutes they were right to work dismantling the beds and packing what was in the Kitchen and Hallway. I was so impressed with the detail in which they went in to, it wasn't just a matter of lifting something and throwing it on a van, they wrapped everything and ensured that all the fragile items were labelled properly. I had mentally prepared myself for a troublesome and stressful day and felt immediately at ease and relaxed after a few minutes as I saw them get to work, so much so I just became the tea boy and even had time to make everyone sandwiches which I think they appreciated. When we got to the new house, again the same questions were asked and within minutes they started to unload the van and put everything in its new place, towards the end of the job they even started to unpack things and put them in the right place - which I wasn't expecting and would have taken days for me to do on my own. I was really grateful and appreciative at the end of the day and told them this, I also called the office to inform them of this. I would absolutely thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who is moving home, they are professional, kind, organised, tidy and most of all very considerate. For what has started out to be a move I was dreading, I couldn't have asked for or predicted a more positive outcome.”
