“Outstanding! A good market sympathetic rate. No charge for moving completion date. All the inclusions you would expect/want. What sets them apart is their compassion and service. We completed a pre-load the day before moving day but there was a disaster in the chain meaning we had to unload the vans back into the house as we didn't know the new date. Two men had already done several hour work and took several hours more to unload but Daleys were exceptionally understanding about this. Of course they made a charge for this but I doubt they even covered their costs. Dave and Pete were with us on the day everything went wrong and they were so kind to me and my wife and they were great with our kids as well (can't be easy doing all that work whilst keeping little ones safe at the same time!). Really couldn't have asked for better blokes. And on move day Dave, Matt, Nev and Tim were outstanding as well. By the end of the day I can't imagine how exhausted they must have been. They got as much of a cash tip as I could afford!”

“Can't fault the team who moved us.They were friendly efficient and very professional they certainly took the stress out of moving and the packing service is really good value.I can defiantly recommend Daleysmove they provide an excellent service.”

“In every way, to the prompt arrival, getting straight to packing up the house, waiting for our keys to then outstandingly worked extra hard unpacking when we finally got the go a head. They helped out above and beyond, was always friendly and extremely professional”

“DIt is the first time we have moved home for over thirty years so we were unsure who to use, however we were so glad we chose Daleysmove for our removal and storage from dropping off the packing boxes to moving into our new home was so hassle free and dealt with in every aspect so timely and professional by the company and cannot thank all involved enough.”

“Laura was excellent on the phone. Knew exactly what she was doing and was very calm, organised and extremely helpful. Pete and his moving team were absolutely fantastic. We had the worst set of circumstances ever, moving with a power cut. Pete and his team were amazing. We can't thank you all enough for making our move smooth and stress free. “Excellent removal men. Very willing. Disappointed that I paid for 3 removal men and that the van sent was obviously too small which meant 2 trips from Manchester to Southport.”

Hi Mrs McKeown, thank you for your comments and score. We're obviously disappointed that that you were only able to award us with 3/5 stars. Regarding the number of Crew, we don't ever promise a certain number of people to be assigned to any job, the number required is based on the size of the task and the distance. It is correct that a smaller vehicle was used which meant two trips were necessary, but this was due to the poor access available at both ends of the removal and the need for a smaller vehicle to be able to fit in to this space.

“Excellent service on the day. Removal men weren't aware of dismantling and re-building some furniture items before they arrived, but they carried it out anyway. (The only negative is that they should have been informed of this so were better prepared for it on the day) Despite this the move was successful, and the removal men just stayed until all work was complete up to late in the evening.”
