“Very Easy to navigate the website and place an order. All the items on the first delivery were really well packed and proted from damage. A small table was not included so after contacting Dalby Living it was dispatched. It was however damaged in transit but the company has made good the problem by replacement. The Bench delivered was langer than we ordered but we were able fit it into the space we have. The Tables and Bench were very easy to put togetheralthough the help of a friend made putting the bench together much easier. I would have given Five Stars even with the issues above but getting into contact with someone was very difficult with a lack of response to emails and phone calls so I had to keep phoning until I was actually able to speak to someone. I would still use them again.”

“Ordering on line was straightforward, and delivery of their product was efficient and on time. However before ordering I wanted to speak to someone but despite ringing, at least twice, no-one picked up. Otherwise everything good.”

“I was a bit doubtful prior to ordering looking at some reviews but I'm so glad I went with my instincts and ordered it regardless. I ordered the 10 seater Antibes set. The quality looks to be very good. There are a few very minor issues that I could easily sort without having to bother customer services. When I did have questions after ordering, Lottie was fantastic and answered everything. The table and chairs themselves look fantastic, even more so now they've been treated (get the treatment too as you won't find it cheaper anywhere else!). The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because I can't comment on it's durability. Hopefully it will last but I intend to look after the set as best as I can. Many thanks 👍🏻”

“We bought a 6 seater oval table and chairs and a steamer chair. The only reason we have not given 5 stars is that delivery was a bit slower than expected and we did feel the need to chase once. However, when the table and chairs arrived we were more than impressed. Superb! We've had many a compliment about them. The steamer chair was nice enough but had a long split on the left arm which had quite obviously been repaired with glue. We advised Dalby about this and we received a replacement chair within a few days. No quibbles. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and customer service. Would recommend.”

“Beautifully made deck furniture, very pleased with our order. Just one thing to mention and that is we found the chairs backrest a little too upright where as if there was a slight recline to accommodate a cussion this would make them extremely comfortable.”

“Delivery was well organised and we are really pleased with the garden table and chairs. They were a little difficult to assemble as the dowels provided needed trimming down, but that wasn't a problem for us. Three set looks lovely in our garden. We did have a problem with some damage to 2 of them chairs, I got in touch and got a really fast response with replacement chairs delivered within the week which was amazing service- thank you!”

“We recently purchased an extending teak garden table with ten chairs from Humber Imports. The ordering process was simple, the price was very competitive and delivery took place within a week. The table came flat-packed and therefore required assembly. This was pretty straightforward, and overall we are very happy with our purchase.”

“Delivered my bench safely and in good time. The instructions could be slightly clearer as I had a bit of a struggle to sort out which way round some pieces went. Could have done with including an Allen key.”
