“The 'Lutyens Extra Thick Teak Bench' is a good, robust version of this classic design. We had some minor difficulties in assembly - under or over-drilling of dowel holes and a split that we had to glue and clamp but the finished bench looks so good that we ordered a second one almost immediately! An excellent product for the price, delivered very promptly.”

“Table and chairs of decent quality, although a chair is showing a split a few months after purchase. I was unhappy with the delivery inasmuch as I was left lumbered with the palette to which the furniture was attached. Also, the furniture was left on the street. To my request to take the waste palette and to place the furniture indoors I was told by the delivery guy "that's not my job". I wrote to Humber Imports to make both of these failings in their contracted delivery company known and how I feel this is detrimental to their overall offering but received no reply at the time nor since.”

“I found the service and advice excellent and received our order within the agreed timeframe and would both use Humber Imports and also glad to recommend. Our order of Garden Teak Table and Chairs were of good quality at a very competitive price.”

“Although a problem occurred in transit with our order, it was resolved and the supplier worked hard to overcome the problem. You only know how good a firm is when a problem arises!”

“Purchased a wood burning stove, the doors do not shut flush with the main front body, even if you put larger asbestos rope around them they still have a slot along the bottom which is open. Consequently, we are burning a huge amount of wood, I have had a specialist fitter try and sort out the problem but it appears it is a design fault.”

“Our bench is a beautiful asset to our garden. We are impressed by the strength of the construction, and with the ease we managed to assemble it. We've oiled it because we love the deep colours in the wood. Gorgeous.”

“We bought a table and chairs from Humber Imports and we were delighted with the service and the product. When the furniture arrived we noticed two of the chairs were slightly damaged, when we called Humber they immediately sent two replacements as well as leaving the original chairs with us. Very prompt and efficient service. I would be happy to recommend Humber Imports.”
