“Bought a planter in the 50% offer. Wouldn't have paid the full price As ir was way too much for a small planter albeit Teak. Received item which was flat packed and hadn't been machined properly on the mortice and tenon joints. Phoned to explain the issue. Had to send photos in to prove which i could have done without. Assembly instructions did not match the labelled parts which is always annoying with anything but way too common these days.”

“The bench was delivered early, and fairly easy to assemble. Additonally, I wood glued the dowels and clamped the frame for 24 hours for extra ridgity. A coat of teak oil brings out the grain nicely. Overall pleased with purchase.”

“There was a problem with the order in that is was damaged in transit, However Humber imports arranged collection and refund very promptly with no issues. Unfortunately, the item was then out of stock, so a replacement was not possible.”

“Ordered a Lutyens bench from Amazon. Arrived 14 days before expected. Beautifully packed. A split on the back of one back leg, but my husband got that sorted in a few minutes by using some wood glue and sanding the repair, so that you cannot see it now. It was easy to put together, and is now in the garden, having been well and truly christened in the storms on Sunday night.”
