“I have just bought a teak garden set (table plus 8 chairs with Cushions) The servicer was first class - delivered in 3 days, the sturdiness and quality of this furniture is amazing, and brilliant value for money - very happy!”

“Ordered a teak sun lounger, a table and 4 chairs. Prompt delivery, all rosy. Decided against the table and chairs, even before unpacking, due to space restrictions. Called to arrange a return after initial email went unanswered. I was advised a collection had been booked and to expect a call to arrange. 4 weeks later, still nothing, and calls, voicemails, emails, all unanswered and can't get hold of anyone at Humber Imports!”

Hello Jonathan. We emailed you before you posted this review regarding the collection and for some reason the couriers hadn't arrived to collect, we did send a screenshot of the collection manifest, a new collection had also been generated. You replied to the email appreciating the response which renders the review a little confusing. We did also fully refund you for the table and chairs that you didn't want to keep. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“I am a little disappointed with the Monte Carlo 8 seater. The table comes either untreated, or if it is then its not really working. We had the Monte Carlo covers, but after it rained once we took the covers off to reveal all the timber water marked. The covers obviously aren't water proof and the table not protected. To make things worse, oil or treatment has run off and stained my brand new patio. Also the table in the unextended set up doesn't have a parasol hole which means you either have to have it full size all the time, or not have a parasol. The base also doesn't have a clamp incase the parasol ever goes into uplift which could be as easy as a butterfly screw. This isn't what I expect for £1100 piece of furniture and covers.”

“I was a bit apprehensive as the offer seemed too good to be true. I bought the Antibes 10 seater. It was delivered within 24 hours, as promised. An initial problem with delivery was swiftly sorted out and it came in time for an event 48 hours from when I purchased online. The office phoned me and kept me in touch, and totally delivered. I could not be happier. It’s a wonderful addition to our garden. Isobel and Jonathan , Devon”

“We recently purchased an extending teak garden table with ten chairs from Humber Imports. The ordering process was simple, the price was very competitive and delivery took place within a week. The table came flat-packed and therefore required assembly. This was pretty straightforward, and overall we are very happy with our purchase.”
