“This is the 3rd order I have made for a very good reason. The quality of the products is excellent and the after sales service matches. My query about assembling the table was answered straight away with some incredibly helpful and reassuring advice. The telephone was answered straight away, no call centre or live chat!!!! Superb all round.”

“Made various purchases from Humber Imports over the past 10 years. All earlier purchases are still in great condition after routine maintenance. The recent purchases arrived earlier than expected - great! The purchases were of excellent quality and very easy to assemble and I expect them to be in use for many years. The price of all purchases have and still are, excellent!”

“Just purchased a Sunburst 8 Seater Dining Set. Very helpful pre purchase advice given. Quick and efficient delivery within the timescales and delivery window promised. Chairs come complete and the table is easy to construct. This is a high quality product that absolutely meets all our expectations from the website description and picture. A lovely dining set at a very reasonable price backed up by excellent customer sales service. Recommended.”

“Bought the 8seater double extension table which could easily seat 10 round it. Table and chairs are strong and robust with a nice smooth finish. Chairs are like dinning room chairs which is obviously great for sitting around a table (seat is a bit shallow but then again, they are not loungers) great that the chairs stack! I purchased the covers and am very pleased with them. For anyone in Northern Ireland thinking of purchasing, I used National Pallets for collection and delivery at a cost of approximately £130. They were very efficient John at Humber Imports was very helpful and saw that everything was well packaged onto a single pallet Chairs are fully assembled, table legs have to be attached to the top but you could do this blindfolded!”

“I purchased the Monte Carlo set and was thrilled with the product but unfortunately one of the centre piece planks was defective and the aftercare was reluctant and minimal to such an extent that the product is still defective.”
