Have been using this company for a while now, really good way of filtering out unwanted sales calls and receiving genuine customer communication. Very reasonable charges too.

We have used this company for several years under previous names etc with the latest being Cymphony. I must admit the service is not what it used to be with several mistakes on telephone numbers and when trying to trace through back through customer services we had to tell them how to retrieve the correct number! Prices also increase with no warning as well so beware.

Started using them when they were Kendlebell, then Pa4you and now Cymphony. Overall a pretty good service with the odd mistake once in a while but I guess nobody is infallible 😅

A very useful service, our clients don't realise you don't sit in the same office as we do. But you do have a tendency to increase prices frequently, and by a lot more than inflation!

After many years of easy contact now cannot get hold of anyone to speak to. I was trying to arrange a change of message as MD was out so ending up emailing request to Cynphony and that obviously never happened as people continued ringing for him

Some of the staff at Cymphony are professionals who understand the basics of call handling. Others aren't, and there's no way of telling from one call to the next what level of service to expect. I'm not convinced that new staff are given any training before starting work, and the results can be embarrassing. A few months ago, exasperated by endless hit-and-miss service that had belittled my employer in the eyes of clients, I spoke bluntly to a Cymphony employee who had made no attempt to gather information or communicate accurately on several consecutive calls. They immediately made a complaint about me to my employer, so the message the company sends to paying customers is clear: we can't and won't guarantee any level of professionalism from our staff but if you have the audacity to call them out for their mistakes, we'll go crying to your boss. Coincidentally while writing this review I've received an email from Cymphony advising me that a client I need to speak to urgently has called me, but no attempt has been made to put the call through. That sums the service up perfectly. I believe Cymphony is among the cheaper providers of this service but if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, so don't make false economies.

An excellent service, they really do make an effort to appear to be part of our company when taking our calls and the clients are really impressed .

Great service works well for us as we often can't take calls while in hospitals.it helps all the parts of our own little orchestra come together in Cymphony.
