Great service. I love the fact I can change the way they handle my calls if I'm away or super busy. As a sole trader I can't manage the office and be out at appointments so it really works for me.

We have used your services over a good number of years now and we are thankful that we have a service where the operators answer our calls in our Company name, in a professional manner. We act for the Accountancy profession and our clients would expect from us the highest standard on the person who answers their calls. This is a very important position as this is the first point of contact for anyone who calls us. Many thanks.

Generally, the service has performed as expected, but over the months there have been too many spelling errors e.g. client names.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Cymphony. We have not received any complaints from customers in relation to the way their calls are handled and the operators often field calls from difficult customers which can be of great assistance at times.

Our firm has used this service for many years. As a small business we still have to be work minded when away from the office and especially for holidays. The best thing about this service is that you don’t have to keep a receptionist working just to take your calls. They do it all and will field you calls and deal with enquires as you ask them to. We just have client calls put through when out and the rest invited to email. That way we can relax but keep customers happy as well... and we don’t lose any business or leave anybody without service. The cost is minimal and actually cost saving as no receptionist (N.I. PAYE, sick pay, holiday pay or workplace pension) required.

Cymphony are worth every penny, they manage our calls when we cannot get to them and provide a very useful service

My experience so far has been good, on occasions i have had to feedback information as the team have provided incorrect information. Overall though it has been a positive service for my business.

Overall we have and are being provided a good service by the team at Cymphony. Our customers have commented on how quickly the calls are picked up and how polite the team are. On a negative note our customer service delivery has on occasions been impacted by delays in updating new information on to their systems, resulting in individual team members using old information/contact details. However we were so happy with the way that Alison, our Operations Manager worked with us when we need to design a reporting tool for our emergency call outs. She was able to work with their in house team to tweak the way information was captured and reported to us, highlighting which on call team member picked up the call and actioned it.
