“The staff at Cymphony are a vital part of our service. They support us in the most difficult times and in the hours where we have less hands on deck. “Before Cymphony our calls used to go to an answer machine if nobody was available. But not everybody would actually leave a message. Using Cymphony means we don't miss potential sales when our lines are busy - well worth the cost in my opinion.”
