“They are quick at sending messages through but it would be more helpful if they always asked for an email address from the person as well as a phone number.”

“Cymphony literally rescued me when I needed an admin team to take over at short notice to run my busy practice. I knew the task would not be easy and I warned them but, they carefully assessed what was required and provided professional input. Within a relatively short time they had carefully mastered what was needed (tailored to how I wanted to run things) and implemented it. I especially like the cross cover when one of their staff is away - the work carries on. I have deliberately taken the time to write this review - something I do not usually do - because I was highly impressed with their conduct.”
