“Join Cymphony and create a Synergy with your business. Using Cymphony allows me the time to have the answer and or information ready for the customer before I have to make contact. As I don't always want a customer to know I am not in the UK the calls are taken form " a member of my office staff" therefore the customers who calls in are not aware I am not always in the UK. The headache of having to answer every call has been taken away and the business never misses a call. I have arranged with Cymphony to take secure encrypted credit card payments. This again means that I don't need to be on hand to do this ~ and I process the payment in my time. They will even pop a letter in the post for you ~ if you ask them nicely. Yours Sheena”

“As a small business we have used Cymphony for many years. They are professional in the way they answer the telephone and deal with queries. You would not know when you ring our number that you were ringing a service to take your calls. Myself I have also worked as a Receptionist in a Law Company and a School in my past jobs and i know from workload i sometimes even missed calls or let them go to answer machine as i couldn't cope with the amount of calls coming in at the same time. This of course never happens with Cymphony Highly recommend and a fraction of the price in a month to what you would have to pay somebody to answer the phone”

“Was indespensible when I started my business as I wasn't available to handle every call that came in. The Cymphony service was 1st class - my clients never knew they weren't speaking to my office staff (of which there were none!). Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I'd recomend them to any small buiness. 100% better than an answering machine!”

“Great Customer Service and Support - we could relax over Easter as they covered Good Friday/Easter Monday in tandem with our On Call team. The live chat service works well with initial sales enquiries being dealt with by Cymphony that we then continue and convert into actual clients.”

“A great way to have a local telephone number on your vehicle without the need to be home to answer the phone. Callers seem to prefer a landline number, they pay standard rate, I pay the balance. (Works out less than £15 most months) I always say that it's been transferred to my mobile as I am out of the office. A virtual landline is a great business tool.”
