Very reliable service that requires very little input from us. Offers our customers a good quality service at peak times.

Our company has used Cymphony services for several years now and we are very satisfied with the results so far. Our calls are handled with great care and the customer service is very good. The only hiccups we occasionally suffer is when new Cymphony staff join, sometimes they are not properly trained or inducted in our business operations and the error rate goes up, causing customer service failures. Apart from that, we are very happy with the service.

We have worked closely with Cymphony for a number of year and have always found them to be extremely professional even more so since our Company has grown and continues to grow. We would struggle without your help especially to those clients that require out of hours assistance.

We could see the value in LiveChat, but did not find the time to manage it effectively! With Cymphony, we have seen the overall number of leads rise, but more importantly, the conversion rate of those leads passed through is up by 23%. I also imagine we are a fairly demanding client, but Cymphony are always accommodating, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

We have been a customer of Cymphony for a number of years. They help us greatly by taking out of hours call from customer wanting to place orders and well as being an overflow facility. The service is excellent.

We have been very happy with the service that Armchair and now Cymphony have provided to our company over the last few years. Any updates/changes are implemented immediately and messages passed through promptly. A friendly, helpful service.

Windrush have been working with Armchair and now Cymphony for several years and we have always been fully satisfied with the service provided, I cant think of a single issue that has ever been caused through a lack of service and care.

Cymphony take care of our out of general out of hours service, but recently they enabled us to have a very bespoke 'Director on Call' service. A trigger word get to one of three directors in order of precedence on a week to week rolling basis. Something which requires a degree of flexibility and application on their part. It's a superb service, not least because of the prompt I get to renew the rota every three weeks. They are so friendly and helpful.

Cymphony works hard to give Stuga Machinery the best possible support that in turns gives our customers and suppliers the best support. Everyone at Cymphony is working hard to improve the experience of their services and the new online customer portal is a great benefit already.

As a small business user I originally signed up with Cymphony to provide telephone cover while I was on holiday. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of messages taken so I decided to continue to use it. I can relax in the knowledge that no calls will be missed and I no longer have to rely on clients to leave a message on the answerphone if I am unavailable.

A professional service from sign up to messages received. They go a lot further than most competitors in what they can actually do on the call - my leads are booked in for me and I don't have to do anything. So far so good. James.

You get what you pay for and that's certainly true in this case. As a business owner I went with LiveTel (now Cymphony) as I couldn't afford some of the other services that were being recommended to me. Over the last couple of years, I've had issues with the quality of messages being sent to me (constantly names being mis-spelt, no e-mail address or idea about what the call was about) and I have raised this several times. More recently some of my clients have raised concerns which reflects badly on my business which is simply unacceptable.

From the moment I contacted the sales advisor, Sara Mcderomtt via the live chat on the website I was more than impressed. We continued communication directly via email and my service complete with requested local number was live and ready within 48 hours. Every request and question was answered promptly within the hour and I have already recommended their services to a business associate of mine, again he is "over the moon" with the service he has received. With staff like Sara and the efficiency projected why would you look anywhere else? I will not hesitate to recommend Armchair to anyone looking for a great service and to enhance their company profile. Well done guys!

We have been a customer of Armchair for over 4 years and they have provided first class call answering services throughout this period. The staff are very responsive and friendly. We have recently upgraded our services with Armchair and once again this process was excellent and seamless. I would highly recommend Armchair for your telephone answering service and virtual number needs.

It is such a relief to know we don't have to race for the phone or stop in the middle of a project and that our calls will be answered in a professional manner. Armchair have enable us to get on with what we are good at saved us the cost of hiring someone to answer our phones. They come highly recommended.
