“Coming across Cymphony via one of their very well known and large clients, I was so impressed with the professionalism on how the call was dealt with that it was immediately decided that this was a service our company had to procure. Researching many players in the market, a shortlist consisting of 2 potential suppliers was created, which included a large international provider. The decision to select Cymphony was down to the fact that all their calls and webchats are only answered by real humans - no bots ever! Since going live almost 2 years ago with both the telephone answering service and the webchat service, we have saved numerous hours avoiding sales calls and have received a number of sales leads direct from the website and during out of hours. Ellie and her team cannot do enough to help and the professionalism and ease of use for all our callers is always positively commented on and sets us apart from our competition. Being a UK-based company is a huge benefit to us, too. Updating Cymphony with as many answers to FAQs allows these types of questions to be answered without interrupting our work schedule and we deem Cymphony as part of the Different Straights Team and our callers are none the wiser that they are talking to an outsourced organisation. Definitely a long-term supplier for Different Straights and highly recommended for anyone looking for a solution to showcase a professional image. Keep up the amazing work, guys!”

“Cymphony offer a reliable, value for money service and represent us in a manner that our customers think that they are talking directly to a company employee. We receive a high number of non-business related calls that are always politely and efficiently dealt with which is a big help to us. They are always happy to look at and alter our contract in relation to our needs for call handling.”

“We aim high to deliver a great customer journey, and as we grow this sometimes mean our inbound call channel’s can become congested, calls divereted by hunt group to mobiles are not a preferred solution. Instead we have chosen to Outsource this challenge to a company who have the same professional ethics as we do and can answer calls as if they work for FWC and also handle the next customer step seamlessly, send a fast text to the requested department head and an email for further clarification and detail. We believe we would be struggling to deliver such a great customer Experience without our choice of team Cymphony!”

“We signed up Cymphony after we ended the lease on our London office at the start of the pandemic. Mine used to be the phone number made available for public enquiries to our organisation and it's a great time saver for Cymphony to now be picking up and fielding these calls. Great service from my point of view.”
