“Fabulous personalised support. It has been a complete game changer for our business. It made me think why didnt we do this 16 years ago when i set up. It doesnt matter if you have a team or no team, to improve productivity use these guys”

“The answering service is good - I get my messages shortly after the customer has called. Some spelling of names and email addresses etc. have been wrong, but this has not been too much of a problem.”

“Usually performance is good. It could have been a 4 but then I was overcharged for services. I recently sent an email to change our lesson rates but have had no confirmation”

“Recently you seem to have changed the rules so that all sales calls and rubbish has to be sent to us. One of the main reasons we use an external switchboard is to filter out useless sales junk for. Also You seem unable to perform simple tasks such as removing an email address from your marketing emails, despite me pointing out that it should never have been on that list in the first place. There have also been multiple issues I have had to contact you over recently. Since your big reshuffle the service we have received has been declining.”
