Does exactly what it says on the tin! Always polite courteous and efficient. They often go the extra mile. Very cost effective. I can thoroghly recommend Armchair.

One of the very best things about Armchair is that calls are answered as if by someone who is part of the company. All the staff are friendly, and the service is highly efficient too. We're very happy indeed. Thank you, Armchair.

Efficient response to customers phoning in and the handling of those callers in terms of referring them to our UK Distributor if they are NHS/Nursing Homes/Pharmacist and us if they are general public enquiries. Periodically have to remind them of the channel to feed the caller into if they are new staff -as usual, down to training and being willing to call me for clarification; this is usually done.

Customers seem to all always believe that I have just popped out of the office or on another line. Urgent calls always taken seriously and I'm always contacted. Armchair is a perfect back office; to the extent as to prefer them to answer the call to filter the customers.

We started using Armchair services in 2009 and have never looked back or desired to go anywhere else as they provide an excellent service and we enjoy the relationship with the allocated customer liaisons as a single point of contact for any queries or changes. All members of staff that we've had dealings with have been extremely courteous and helpful. We believe you'd be hard pushed to find a better service or price elsewhere for such peace of mind that all calls into the company are handled professionally and courteously.

As a busy business with a small amount of staff, Armchair are vital to us in being able to secure and pass to each individual colleague our next calls by email. The majority of our customers are not actually aware that some of our calls are taken by an external company due to the professionalism of Armchair.

Having a small business and travelling around the UK, it is important that we keep in contact with our many suppliers and customers. Using the Armchair services allows this flexibility where messages emailed to us, can forward on to our mobile devices, so that we can call a customer immediately without the need to return to the office some distance away. The Armchair service also helps take our messages whilst away on holiday, even when away in our caravan I can still take to customers as if in the office !

We have used Armchair for over 10 years and have been very pleased with the excellent, professional service. We receive prompt notification of messages which allows us to return our clients' calls with a minimum of delay.

We have used Armchair for the past 2 months and have found there service to be very professional. They answer our phones between 4pm and 9am. The messages are delivered to us via email which are great as they are short and to the point with all the necessary details. Great Job and thanks to them we will never miss a call again.

We have been using Armchair for some years now and I can honestly say that the service they provide is excellent. They do exactly what you expect them to and more Would have no problem recommending them to other business' large or small.
