Had a couple of hiccups to start with. 😁 Ordered 100 metres of Qed cable and received 50 metres of Ice cable. To be fair, the guys got the cable, which seems to be very hard to come by these days. So I'm chuffed to bits to get what I was looking for.

Following an originally poor experience with a delayed delivery and an issue with the product, their customer service team has been extremely helpful in attempting to make good the issues. Overall, a much improved experience.
