“Bought glitterball as a present. My sister loves it. Delivered in time. Only criticism was the cost of postage £12.99 to get from England to Belfast which is part of GB and not Highlands/Islands! But as they kindly explained this is the fault of Parcelforce.”

“I have used Cybermarket exclusively for all my speaker purchases both indoor and out for the past almost 3 years. They do package pricing on the products I purchase, which is rare, but also reduces the cost. I have always had personal service with my orders, both Rob and now Toby (Rob was furloughed) have been fantastic. I CANNOT recommend them enough. I have extremely high expectations and these have always been exceeded by the guys at Cybermarket. If they do a product you want, don’t hesitate to use them.”

“My initial order included a small but very important screw fitting which, when it arrived, turned out to be a threaded socket rather than the male screw necessary for the job. When notified of the problem Cybermarket immediately offered to send out the correct fitting which has now arrived and works perfectly.”
