“Product arrived damaged. I immediately sent an email and photos. Within 5 minutes, I had a call from their customer care. Offered to send out a replacement that day and it arrived next day. It just doesn’t get better than that, really excellent customer care. It wasn’t even a high ticket item!”

I rang up Cybermarket to enquire whether the AUDAC speakers that they stocked would do the job that I had in mind. Advice was first class, ordering straightforward and delivery was on time.
