“I hate reviews that say 'wow' it's just arrived and looks great, but so far that is the story! The free delivery assumes you have at least 7 days to spare, and I needed it before that. I opted for the faster delivery (1-3 days) and it arrived the next day. Will need to report again once I actually use the item. Also, I am not sure who actually delivered the item,which is not an option in the choices below.”

“You did not send me the item on your website instead you sent me an equivalent type that was not very useful sorry, when I complained you said to send it back and we would refund you Not we will refund you send it back I have been in business for 45 years servicing and fitting P.A. systems. I will get it in the post next week hopefully you will reimburse me for the postage Regards Mike”

“I never leave reviews, good or bad but thought I would this time. After a quick phone call to a very helpful member of staff to check stock and ask a few questions I placed my order at lunchtime on Monday, all my speakers were at my house at 13:30 the next day. Great price, incredibly quick turnaround and helpful staff. Thank you.”

“Good shop. Bought refurbished speakers and been offered the new one instead for the same price. They care about customers, still in contact via email, even had a phone call informed me about eventually delay. Cheers guys! Next day delivery.”
