“There is always a delay between order and dispatch- in this case only two working days, with despatched delivery within two days. The website helps enormously in selecting appropriate material for your use, then easy input of size and finish. The sheets arrived well-packaged and protected. I note the corners of the cut sheets were well protected with additional plastic covers. I am very pleased with the product and planning for a further order soon”

“Items arrived damaged. Inadequate packing on the corners / rough treatment in transit meant the items arrived in an unusable condition. After contacting customer services, they said they would only think about a full or partial refund if I sent the items back with a cost of at least £40 for myself.”

“Absolute scam of a company. Really appalling customer service. I paid for a custom piece of acrylic to be cut & paid extra for 1-2 business day expedited shipping. It took them 3 business days to email and admit they didn’t have the stock to cut it. They promised they would have & cut it next day & offered to refund the shipping. Next day I emailed & they fobbed me off claiming they'd have it another day. 2 days later it became apparent that they still did not have the stock and did not know when they’d be getting it. At this point (5 business days after placing order) they had still not refunded the shipping costs or cut my plastic. I asked to cancel my order and placed it with an alternative company, they agreed to refund immediately. Of course, they didn’t. I had to open a PayPal case to fight to get my money back, £169! It took them 18 days to finally refund my purchase amount. Absolutely shocking, they are completely untrustworthy. Take your business elsewhere.”
